If you’re driving, street parking is usually available nearby. First-timers should plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before class starts so you can get settled without feeling rushed.

When you walk in, our front desk or coaching team will welcome you and guide you through check-in. If you pre-registered for class online (highly recommended!), we’ll simply confirm your spot. If not, we’ll help you get signed up in just a few clicks. You’ll also get a quick tour of the space—restrooms, water station, and where to stash your belongings. Class Flow and Warm-Up
